FarmaKeio Outsourcing is an FDA Registered 503B Outsourcing Facility whose mission is to positively impact people's lives by providing safe, effective, and accessible compounded medications. https://www.fko-outsourcing.com/ Currently seeking detail-oriented, reliable individuals to join our growing company! The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently. Major Duties and Responsibilities Answer Phone (high call volume) General customer service Answering basic questions regarding orders, pricing, deliver coordination, etc Maintaining account documents Producing orders Shipping orders Labeling pellets General office tasks Assist with any other tasks as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED, college education preferred but not required. Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee with registration in good standing and current technician license in the state of Texas (a plus but not required). No prior felonies and no misdemeanors with relation to controlled substances. Knowledge & Skills Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Computer Literate Ability to act effectively as a member of a team to resolve problems Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently within established procedures and practices Physical and Special Requirements Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods of time throughout the day. May need to lift, up to 40 pounds.
