You will oversee grant writing and provide grant management, as well as provide supervision to members of the Development team. We have more than 400 full- and part-time staff who serve more than 8,000 children, teens and families at nearly 100 locations in six counties in Eastern Missouri. This Position: We are interested in a Director with a Bachelor's Degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, or a comparable field. We're interested in someone with at least 2-3 years of fund development/nonprofit fundraising experience and at least 1-2 years of management experience. A valid driver's license - or the ability to obtain one - is required, as is the ability to travel locally.
