JOB SUMMARY: Maintain and Cultivate new label sales from customers via in-person visits plus phone/e-mail follow-up communication, while teaming with a Customer Service Representative to service the account. Target customers include companies within the State of Arizona that use Flexo or Digitally produced labels, and may come from any industry, i.e. commercial, automotive, agriculture, beverage and household items. JOB COMPETENCIES: 1. Effectively communicate with customers via phone, e-mail and in-person using a professional disposition. 2. Present new ideas to customers regarding raw material options, branding suggestions and other service related skills. 3. Work closely with CSR Rep to ensure all details are fulfilled to assure a timely and accurate delivery of the customer's order. 4. Build rapport with clients to build a long-term relationship resulting in repeat orders. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Quote new orders by acquiring samples and using pricing tiers provided by the estimator, plus repeat orders using updated raw material costs. 2. Use TLC Label ERP system for order tracking, customer history review and other functions. 3. Maintain cooperative relationships with other company departments - office manager, art department, production staff and shipping dept. 4. Respond to customers' requests in a timely manner while providing excellent service. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 1. This is a full-time position that pays a base, plus commission. The annual salary for the term of this agreement will be $35,000.00, and the average commission is +5%. Additionally, the representative will receive $390.00/month to help cover travel expenses. 2. Employee will be supplied with a company owned laptop computer and will be provided a cubicle in the office. Time in the field varies by each week. 3. This job posting is for an existing territory from a recent retiree. EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND: Five (5) years' sales experience is required. Existing knowledge of Flexo and/or Digital printing is desired.
