Rapidly entering and exiting the back of the truck. Loading and unloading natural waste yard waste, food waste, into the truck by hand. Performing manual labor at the sites. P erforming manual labor outdoors in varying weather. Operating skid steer to move products. Performing landscaping labor at Belton MO and Lee's Summit MO sites. Assisting customers with loading bagged products into customer vehicle. Driving a pickup truck to transport parts to mechanics between Belton MO and Lee's Summit MO. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Possess a current valid driver license in good standing. Ability to use hand tools safety Ability to operate a skid steer Ability to successfully perform the physical aspects of the position, including: lifting up to 50lbs without assistance, remaining on your feet for a large portion of the day, sitting and/or standing for long periods of time, being able to work in outdoor conditions for the entire day in varying weather. Must have a strong work ethic PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Prior landscape laboring experience Basic mechanical skills Prior experience operating heavy equipment
