Due to a recent promotion, we are currently looking for a new Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at Sonetics the leading provider of communication solutions that enable natural conversation in challenging environments. In this role, you'll get an opportunity to be part of a highly successful team focused on building and expanding our brands and our company. You will drive increased sales and profit by developing new customers and expanding our business with new and existing channel partners. Initiate and manage outbound process for 1st touch prospects. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, manage their distribution to channels and regional managers, and monitor lead follow up by Regional Managers and channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction and maximum sales, detailing and demonstrating our solutions using the company selling strategy and documenting insight in CRM. You will work closely with Marketing to implement nurture campaigns to better educate potential customers and drive new business. You will conduct needs analysis and discovery to deliver solutions and support offerings tailored to meet specific customer needs. In addition, you will be working closely with Regional Managers and Channel Partners to support Account Management and drive key initiatives. We are looking for someone who excels at establishing new relationships, and is motivated to exceed sales goals. You are a team player who is focused on finding solutions, has a curious mind, creative ideas, initiative, and is able to execute and implement sales strategy. You adapt and respond to fast changing market opportunities. Additional skills: Bachelor's degree with marketing/business emphasis or equivalent experience preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience Demonstrated success with first touch engagement and relating compelling customer insights Demonstrated success educating prospects on innovative technology and making the benefits relatable within their industry and application Ability to work in a team based role, supporting outside sales and partners Best practice sales acumen, strategy and ability to execute Potential travel to support tradeshows, events and onsite customer visits Experience using CRM software We offer a competitive and comprehensive package as well as the opportunity to be empowered and to make a difference.
