POSITION SUMMARY: Under the guidance of the Associate Branch Executive Director, the Youth & Adult Sports Director is responsible for the planning, organization, delivery, administration and quality of YMCA sports programs to the membership, program participants and community. Oversees the Miracle League program, the Adapted Committee and provides a year-round comprehensive youth and adult sports program for all ages. They are responsible for staff and volunteer training and development.
