Are you looking to Make a Difference?LSI currently seeks a full-time Service Coordinator to coordinate and supervise residential programs at Bremwood Residential Campus in Waverly. DUTIES: Coordinates and supervises residential programs. Responsible for providing a safe, positive, therapeutic living environment to residents through independent judgment and discretion to achieve resident treatment success. Trains and supervises staff and volunteers. Serves as a professional member of the therapeutic treatment team serving the needs of children entrusted to the care of LSI. Assists in managing and achieving outcomes including reduction of critical incidents, and tracking and supporting documentation. Responsible for funding and program compliance.This position will be responsible for other tasks such as onboarding, training, school assistance, and other operational supports. QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in social work or a related human service field plus a minimum of five years experience in child mental health; three years supervisory experience. Skills: scheduling, supervision, training experience, management skills in organization, passion through leadership.This position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance and the ability to pass an extensive background check including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, Sex Offender registry, Motor Vehicle Report and a criminal history check.LSI offers a competitive salary and benefit package including paid time off, health, dental, life, and vision insurance, and 401(k).
