World famous Singha beer is seeking Sous Chefs for its first US outpost of EST.33 Thai Craft Brewery & Kitchen, a contemporary Southeast Asian restaurant and Thai craft microbrewery, in the heart of Miami's busy business district and nightlife hotspot.Hospitality, excellence, development, positivity and gratitude are the essential core values to be part of our team.Required skills and experience: 6 years of experience as a Sous Chef in an upscale setting Knowledge of Asian food or barbecue techniques Experience with high volume and fast paced restaurant operations Ability to oversee the maintenance and operation of facilities and equipment Knowledge of labor laws and health codes Tech savviness Excellent communication skills in English Desired skills and experience: Ability to manage and lead a team of 30+ employees Excellent communication skills in Spanish or another language
