QCR Holdings is looking for two Human Resource Summer Interns! This paid internship will give students the opportunity to gain meaningful on-the-job work experience by leading a project in the training & development function of the HR department. The project will focus on building an inventory of existing training content and programs, identifying training needs and gaps in the organization, and presenting results of various themes and findings to the leadership team at the end of the summer. Ideal candidates will have strong written and verbal communication. Be a self-starter with ability to work independently. Comfortable with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail. Familiarity with training, leadership development, and adult learning principles preferred. Ability to work with all levels of an organization, including leadership. Strong desire to learn along with a professional. Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Asana, Monday or similar programs preferred. Passionforlearning and development and best. Some travel may be required.
