FP&A Senior Analyst

Position Overview The FP&A Senior Analyst reports to our Director of Finance and is a key member of the Finance team. The individual in this role will have broad exposure to our business; they will work closely with senior leadership to provide financial analysis to support solid business decisions and assist in growing our business. Essential Functions, Duties & Accountabilities Act as a finance partner for CEO's direct reports to collaborate in the development of financial analysis and other support. Develop, monitor, and analyze financial information, KPI trends, product performance, and other key business metrics to identify, evaluate, and make recommendations to maximize revenue and EBITDA growth and drive efficiencies. Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support both short- and long-term strategic plans. Generate financial analyses, reports, and presentations for executive leadership. Lead the consolidation of financial budgets and forecasts, perform variance analysis on actual results. Lead the preparation of monthly consolidated financial operation package for presentation to executive leadership team. Lead all corporate financial activities surrounding the annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes. Provide ad hoc analyses to support both current and potential future strategic scenarios and related financial impact to the business (metrics, financial modeling, etc.). Participate in cross-functional teams to analyze business cases for key business unit initiatives. Manipulate data from multiple sources to ensure analytics and reporting needs are met across the organization. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the scope of your primary responsibilities, with emphasis on innovation and planning for scalability of the organization. Participate in analysis surrounding any M&A, financing, or other strategic activities undergone by the company. Other duties as assigned to meet departmental goals. Ensure the confidentiality and full and complete safeguarding of the company's trade secrets, employee information, and any of our business clients' customer lists and related records. Requirements Educational Requirements Four year college degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar is required. CPA, MBA, and/or CMA preferred. Experience and Skills 5+ years of Finance-related and analysis experience Highly analytical and strategic thinker Experience in multi-channel direct response marketing environment is a plus Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to read, analyze and effectively communicate information both in verbal and written Ability to think, act, and work independently with high attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task while taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion and meet necessary deadlines. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and ownership to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results. Solid work ethic and critical thinker. High proficiency in understanding and communicating financial concepts. High-energy, curious with a demonstrated initiative to learning the business. Enjoys work in a fast-paced environment. Advanced Microsoft Excel experience Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, & Access. Experience with Microsoft D365 and PowerBI, or similar a plus. Travel Ability to travel domestically and internationally when required, approximately 0-5%.
