Aisin Chemical Indiana, LLC. is seeking motivated, qualified candidates with strong interpersonal skills to join our dynamic team. Senior Staff / Assistant Manager of Accounting Compile, review, and enter various journal entries at month end. Provide various accounting reports to supervisors and managers as requested. Review and enter updated sales prices. Create cost simulations to assist in the calculation of new product costs. Update various files necessary for monthly meetings with management. Supervise and participate in the preparation of various financial statements and reports. Manage the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records. Manage and participates in cost analyses and rate studies. Manage internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls. Prepare statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues. Review financial statements with management personnel. Coordinate preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting. Bachelor's Degree is required. This position reports to the Division Manager of Administration.
