Provides basic and advanced level (within the scope of practice), non-emergency and emergency treatment and transportation services for patients experiencing acute and chronic illness and/or injuries. Must have Certificate of Adult education in paramedicine, Associate Degree preferred.Health, Dental + Vision Insurance; PTO/STO; Short term/Long Term Disability. Must be National Registered Mississippi Certified as an AEMT Must be Mississippi certified as EMS Driver Experienced preferred BLS Certified EMT Duties and Responsibilities Provide first-aid treatment, such as bandaging wounds. Provide life support care, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), when needed. Assess a patient's conditions and provide initial treatment. Communicate with other emergency services, such as firefighters and police officers, to respond to calls for help
