Production Associate

As an entry-level position, this job is an excellent opportunity for building experience with room for growth! Production Associates are responsible for assisting all departments throughout the shop. Candidates must have the ability to work with little supervision while completing tasks in the time frame allowed. This includes recognition of routine problems and the ability to keep the process running by making appropriate adjustments to correct the problems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Ability to perform hand finishing operations such as buffing, blasting, polishing, and hand deburring. Competent with completing paperwork and inspection documents. Shipping and receiving, final inspection, packaging. Assembly of small parts under microscope Perform laser etching and stamping Clerical data entry with Microsoft Word, Excel Follows all quality, safety, and product procedures. Understands visual requirements for products being manufactured. Good communication skills - let the supervisor know if there are any problems or if you have improvement ideas, ask questions if needed. Team player willing to do what is needed to complete an assignment on time, open to new ideas, value others' input, learn new things. Must have a good attitude and attendance record, and take responsibility for your personal performance. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for overtime.
