Responsibilities: Receive tickets directly from customers and escalated tickets from customer service. Troubleshoot and resolve complex VoIP issues. Complete documentation and time tracking within ticketing system. Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve simple to complex issues. Assist with telecom installation configurations remotely. Ensure overall customer satisfaction and high-quality customer experience through building relationships. Qualifications: Minimum of two years of related experience or equivalent education (Associate's or bachelor's degree). Familiarity with support and troubleshooting of VoIP phone environments.
