IT Coordinator

Description:
The IT Coordinator will provide support, direction, and oversight of information technology for the Agency. They will work with Executive Director (ED), other team members, and outside consultant(s) on various projects as deemed appropriate. Essential Job Functions Assist in the development of new agency family, child, and staff database Administer the new agency family, child, and staff database Create documentation to support all IT services Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain end user workstations, printers, iPads, and phones Install, replace, diagnose problems, and perform preventative maintenance on end user workstations, printers, iPads, and phones Recommend, investigate, and implement technology products and innovations to meet the needs of the Agency Plan, develop, and manage technologies necessary to support the Agency Provide support, instruction, and documentation as needed relating to the operation of hardware and software to Agency users Provide oversight of preventative maintenance, security, backups, and disaster recovery for the agency Provide overall support for Google Apps for Education, Access System Management, Outlook/Constant Contact, Emergency Notification System, Web hosting and domain support, and Microsoft Dynamics accounting system Manage Agency website through WordPress platform, working with various Agency leadership to place content, implement updates, and any other website-related tasks Assist with the development and implementation of new security access system Assist in the implementation of an "IT" ticket tracking system. Assist in the implementation of a "facilities" work order tracking system Work with ED and consultant(s) and short-term and long-term projects, timelines, and budgets Provide monthly work plans to ED Other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned Preparation, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years' experience in similar role Previous experience in non-profit organization preferred, but not required Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with WordPress, a plus Must have completed the COVID-19 vaccination process or have an approved exemption Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and hands-on We offer a generous benefits package, including: Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to, medical and dental insurance, flexible spending account options, and retirement plan 13 paid holidays in 2022 plus 27 days of Earned Time Off (ETO) per year The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to do this job.
