OVERVIEW DESCRIPTION: The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that client implementations run smoothly, accurately and on time. This role will be client facing and works to synchronize the work of the MP team and our clients during implementation phase of our iSolved HCM software solutions. By coordinating a project management plan from the time a client signs up to the point where they can successfully process payroll and additional HCM services, this role will ensure a successful implementation. This role will also work with our largest clients to manage internal projects like; Benefit Open Enrollment, re-organization or combining of client FEINs. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience managing large, client facing, time sensitive projects, have confidence to proactively create and manage a project plan, and have strong interpersonal skills to work cohesively across multiple departments within MP and the client. **This position is fully remote and can be filled in the New England area, Rochester NY, Cincinnati OH or Tampa/St. Petersburg FL** WHAT YOU WILL DO : (Responsibilities) Design the full implementation project plan for every client to insure a strong, accurate and timely Implementation of the HCM products. Manages these project plans to ensure project deliverables and customer launch dates are met. For larger clients, manage the project plan directly with the clients. Facilitate weekly update meetings between the client and internal MP project team. Monitor the implementation process from start to finish for potential issues and escalate issues as needed to ensure the customer's needs are met and the implementation schedule is maintained. Partners with internal MP teams including Sales, HR Services, Tax, and Operations to ensure the project plan remains on target and client's needs are addressed. Proactively reach out internally as questions or issues arise to problem solve, provide solutions and find a quick resolution. Provide weekly updates in staff meetings regarding the status of all implementations in process, highlighting wins and concerns. Confirms with client's post-implementation that all needs have been met or exceeded. Create and facilitate the project plan for open enrollment, client FEIN consolidation. Prepares clients to be transitioned to an account specialist post implementation. Contributes to the evolution and improvement of the Implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase client satisfaction, drive efficiency or enhance our technical capability. Builds solution, customer, and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate internal resources. WHO YOU ARE: (Skills & Qualifications) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. PMP Certification or equivalent experience preferred. 2+ years' experience in a Project Management role required, HCM experience a plus. Experience with project software systems including Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project, a plus. Excellent time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage several tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to be assertive, prioritize and multitask. Positive attitude and a willingness to help team members. Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training. Attention to detail & results oriented. Demonstrated willingness to jump in and assist with ad-hoc projects.
