COVID-19 Considerations: We are closely following guidance from the CDC, as well as state and local officials and health authorities, as we take extreme care to maintain our safe, healthy environment for children, families, and staff. Positions: We have various positions available. Mornings Afternoon Closing (6pm) Minimum Qualifications: Must be 16 years or older and High School Diploma or GED or in process of obtaining, or Position Responsibilities: Assist in all aspects of the care and milestone development of the students enrolled at Little Learners. Ensure the safety of each child at Little Learners. Assist in regular observation and evaluation of students' development and progress. Assist with the development and implementation of an age-appropriate curriculum Open communication with students, parents, co-workers, and leadership. Assist in maintaining/updating student portfolios (as needed) Follow daily, weekly, and monthly activity calendars. Assist in maintaining responsibility on a daily basis for the arrangement, appearance, decor, and cleanliness of Little Learners. Serve as a role model for the students. Communicate with parents through our communication app on progress and moments throughout the student's day.
