MES Group Operations Manager Candidates must have prior MES engineering experience. The MES Group Operations Manager is a high-level manager position that is responsible for project delivery, technical sales, and operational results for one of Avanceon's business units. Our ideal candidate is an experienced MES engineer, preferably with a System Integration background, that can work in a fast-paced environment and that can manage both the day-to-day demands of the business unit while creating and executing a strategy for growth. Responsibilities: Project Delivery Oversight - Oversee, mentor, and support project teams to ensure technical, commercial, and customer success for the business unit's projects. Operational Results - Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue and profitability results People Care - Ensure, directly or through Team Leads, associate satisfaction through relationships, mentorship and feedback, and career planning Account Management Support - Collaborate with Account Manager to create and implement strategies for account expansion and opportunity identification and wins. Technical Sales - Support sales activities by creating proposals and cost estimates, participating in customer calls, site visits, and strategy meetings, and training and mentoring other engineers to also fill a technical sales role. Requirements : Prior experience as an MES engineer with a progressive career path, including roles in leadership, management, and/or mentorship. Genuine interest in the growth and success of team members and customers. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaborative relationships with your teammates and customers. Written and verbal communication must be confident, articulate, and professional Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities, and successfully balance the needs of the business, our customers, and our people.
