Chileda's mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals with cognitive and behavior challenges. Chileda's goal is to help students increase their appropriate social behaviors and develop independent living skills, through an enriched learning environment and individualized behavior programming. We are now accepting applications for an Implementation Specialist. Summary: The Implementation Specialist is responsible for implementation of technology and software along with helping employees understand and effectively utilize company software. The Implementation Specialist works closely with the Staff Development Manager to develop and implement training on new technology systems for all service lines within the agency. Status Info: This is a full-time exempt role that comes with Chileda's generous benefits plan. Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8a-4p, with flexible hours and weekends as needed. Skills: Well qualified candidates will demonstrate dependability, effective time management, as well as strong organization and planning skills. Experience leading and managing projects with effective communication is also desired. Job Duties Include: Set up new technology systems, being the primary point of contact for contracted technology systems (e.g. client management systems, Microsoft office). Work collaboratively with others to create easy to use forms and applications which track outcomes of students and communication between shifts, departments, and programs. Work with IT and administrative leadership to identify training priorities and strategies. Create and maintain training schedules, materials, and reference guidelines, including visual aids, online learning modules, course handouts, communications and invitations. Education Requirements: Associates degree in an IT or Communication field (prefer Bachelor's in either field) or 5 years of related experience.
