We are focused on providing Northeastern Ohio with energy savings, comfort and quality. Requirements: Must have ability to design and read HVAC layouts Knowledge of HVAC building codes and standards CAD experience preferred Must have HVAC residential experience, preferably 5-10 years Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Excellent organization skills Solid knowledge of the construction process Good computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Project Duties/Responsibilities: Overseeing daily operations Scheduling of jobs and review of progress at sites Oversee the design, planning, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in new construction homes Develop and track a project schedule including trade manpower loading for the project Establish project cost control centers for tracking of equipment, material, labor, subcontracts and miscellaneous costs Direct trade planners in the development of shop drawings and coordinate the planning efforts with other trades Develop the piping trade construction standards for the project Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendors Inspect the jobsite on a regular basis for contract compliance, workmanship, and safety Manage large jobs with minimal supervision Estimate changes in scope of work Benefits: Paid educational classes and training Holiday pay Paid time off Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits Retirement Benefits - 401 K with employer match Company provided vehicle and gas card
