Why you should apply to be an HR Coordinator: Permanent, Full-time Position Pay Range: $43-45K per year, based on experience 1st Shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm This position will be an in-office based environment Access to Company Benefits: Paid Time Off Medical Insurance 401K What a typical day as an Accounting Manager might look like: Respond to internal and external HR related inquires or requests. Redirect HR related call or correspondence to the appropriate people. Maintain records or personnel & related data Establish a working relationship with other departments Address and resolve employee complaints Prepare reports Support the Recruitment Team with hiring and onboarding processes Prepare new employee electronic & paper files Use HR software Assist HR Manager wen employee issues or concerns arise Clear communication between HR Manager and TA Team This job might be an outstanding fit if you: HSD, or equivalent education, is required Minimum of 2 years experience working in payroll Strong organizational skills Time management Strong communication skills At least 1 year experience in administrative tasks (payroll) Handling sensitive information with discretion Degree in Accounting, Business preferred What happens next?
