We have an excellent opportunity for a Staff Accountant to join the team.Responsibilities: Managing full cycle accounts payable processing in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with company policies Coding, entering invoices, reviewing and matching payments to invoice backup, managing payments, and maintaining accounts payable files Preparing all vendor disbursements Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices Maintaining vendor files Preparing all vendor disbursements Managing monthly credit card reconciliation and processing Managing monthly balance sheet account reconciliations Processing payroll Assisting with other accounting projects Assisting with the monthly closing Experience should include the following: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field 1 or more years of experience in an accounting role Experience working with QuickBooks Enterprise Solid communication and interpersonal skills, a self-starter outlook, and the ability to work independently Exceptional organizational abilities to support multiple clients, projects, and meeting deadlines Solid proficiency with Excel and Word A service-driven and professional approach Ability to work onsite at the office
