If so, we want to speak with you! Sandy Health and Rehab in Sandy, UT is actively looking to hire a full-time Nursing Home Administrator. Sandy is a 140-bed facility, with a new vent-trach unit, a fantastic Director of Nursing, and fully-staffed nursing team. In addition to a solid base salary, our 10% bonus component is the most competitive in Utah. At Sandy Health and Rehab, our goal in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is to provide each patient with top-quality care. Job Description: Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility and keep the organization on track for its long-term goals and mission Create and maintain a wonderful place for our employees to work, and for our residents to live Coordinate and provide leadership to each clinical, managerial, and custodial team; ensure they work together effectively Hire (and fire) staff and employees at every level Ensure the facility operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure residents' individual care plans are being followed Provide regular safety and compliance training Create and maintain a budget to ensure sustainable profitability Act as the 'face' of the organization to the governing board, the public, and residents' families; and as a liaison between staff, residents, and families A few benefits: Complete medical/dental/vision insurance benefits Employer-matching 401k retirement program Unlimited paid time off per year Company paid Life Insurance Cell phone allowance Requirements: Minimum two years' successful SNF Administrator experience in a 60+ bed facility Very detail-oriented, especially with financial matters Current Utah State NHA license in good standing Sincere concern for both employees and residents Bachelor's Degree (Healthcare Administration highly preferred) Thanks again! #ind-sandy
