Cheerleading Coach Job Heathwood Episcopal Hall School seeks candidates for Cheerleading Coaching. This is a part-time, fall seasonal position. The role of the Cheerleading coach is to teach the cheerleading squad and to promote school spirit, and to develop and maintain the program with a culture encompassing mental and physical growth, team unity, healthy competition and an overall enjoyable experience for all. Previous experience cheering, designing dances, and teaching age-appropriate cheer skills and technique at the high school level is preferred. Responsibilities of the successful candidates will include the following: Promote positive teamwork and positive interactions amongst Model Manage fan involvement at games and pep Take direction and leadership from the Head cheerleading Attend all Varsity football games at home and all region away Manage the distribution and collection of all equipment, supplies, and Send weekly communication home to athletes and parents to inform them of the week's schedule, including practice and game logistics (ex: travel, timing, meals, etc.) The Cheerleading coach must complete SCISA-required NFHS Certifications and be CPR certified.
