Program Manager (QP) Full-Time Group Homes (Salaried Employee Full-Time with Benefits) Who We Are: InReach is a recognized leader in providing service to people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and is recognized by the Council on Quality and Leadership. InReach provides a wide variety of services to adults with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities. We have been serving the Charlotte community since 1974. We Need: This is a full-time salaried position for Qualified Professional responsible to develop and coordinate Plans of Care for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities living in the Group Home program. Must have working knowledge of the principles of behavior Management and behavioral techniques. Must also be willing to work cooperatively with community partners as well as staff from other InReach departments, respond to all needs and requests in a positive and professional manner, be available to provide/share on-call service for emergencies. Schedule is Mon - Fri between 8:30am - 4:30pm, hours may vary depending on staffing needs. Overnights and weekend hours may be necessary. Salaried position. Monitoring, managing, and facilitating operations on a day-to-day basis. Responsible to complete all documentation in a timely manner. Implementation and review of customers Plan of Care. Submit authorizations to LME and make corrections to POC as needed. Plan and oversee work schedule, approve payroll hours. Provide one-on-one supervision as needed. Fill in for Group Home vacancies if needed Share on-call service for emergencies. Travel to Group Homes in Charlotte on a regular basis. What you'll bring: Possess Qualified Professional status (see below) Two years supervisor experience Knowledge of Behavior Management Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Positive and cooperative working demeanor I/DD experience Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Willingness to travel around Charlotte Requirements: All Program Managers m ust have Qualified Professional status; (4-year college degree in human service field plus two-year's supervised habilitative experience working with special needs population, residential experience preferred OR 4-year college degree in non-human service field plus four-year's supervised habilitative experience). Must have 2 years of supervisory experience. Possess a valid driver's license, have use of a vehicle 24-hours a day and maintain safe driving record. Must be able to travel to any group home at any time of the day or night. Must be available to share on-call responsibilities.
