Staff Accountant: Boland Trane Services, Inc (BTS) - Perform Service Division related accounting tasks, such as billing, costing and Accounts Payable. Essential Duties: - BTS - Service Accounting - Prepare T&M Service billings daily - BTS - Service Accounting - Prepare Service warranty billings, weekly - BTS - Service Accounting - Monitor accuracy of costs on Service Calls - BTS - Service Accounting - Monitor WIP reports for all Service divisions and research calls - BTS - Service Accounting - Review contract costs to determine if billable - BTS - Service Accounting - Review/follow up on open service calls - BTS - Service Accounting - Index, voucher and process Service vendor invoices - BTS - Service Accounting - Serve as back up for all areas of Service Billing. - Perform other accounting, financial or administrative tasks as assigned Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Business or equivalent combination of education and experience - Must have 1-4 years of experience in accounting - Proficient in MS Office/ Outlook - Detail oriented, organized, positive attitude - Great thinking and listening skills, sense of urgency - Team oriented, works well independently, excellent with numbers, ability to prioritize tasks We offer: - Excellent pay and benefits - Great and supportive work environment - Professional training and growth - Generous educational assistance program - Recognition and outstanding co-workers!
