Hello, Cascades Healthcare is actively looking to hire a full-time Regional Clinical Nurse Consultant for three of our locations (Twin Falls, South Ogden, Salt Lake City). This is a salaried position where you will work under our amazing CNO Daniel Bahrt. We require at least two years' prior Skilled Nursing Facility floor nursing experience. We require at least one year of successful DON experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility This position is in Utah. If you currently live outside Utah, you must be willing to relocate to Utah. If you do not possess DON experience, consider our DON in-training program. Contact David Smith 801-636-XXXX. Due to the location of these facilities, it is highly recommended that you live in Weber/Davis County. Job Description: Develop and maintain the nursing programs and activities Develop, maintain, and periodically update written nursing policies, procedures, manuals, objectives, and philosophies Assist in developing and implementing methods for coordinating nursing services with other resident services Implement plans of action to correct deficiencies Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charts, etc. Develop, implement, and maintain a quality assurance program Assist in planning, developing, implementing, and maintaining resident discharge procedures and plans Develop and implement a nursing services organization structure Participate in surveys and inspections by government agencies Create, submit reports and recommendations to the Administrator concerning operations of the department Benefits: Complete medical/dental/vision insurance benefits Employer-matching 401k retirement program Up to 16 days' paid time off per year Company paid Life Insurance Requirements: Minimum associate degree.
