An Office Manager is needed to work in an Outpatient Behavioral Health Hospital in Baton Rouge, LA. 2 years previous experience in Office Management with Medical Records experience is a plus. The Office Manager will monitor the operations of the organization while maximizing the quality of service. The Office Manager will monitor documentation accountability. The Office Manager will organize, coordinate employee and patient schedules. The Office Manager should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, good communication skills, good writing skills, well organized, task-oriented, good staff management skills, office management experience, and dependable to work in a fast-growing healthcare facility. Some job duties are: Monitor and improve the quality of services provided Monitor and improve the documentation accountability Monitor office operations Maintain employee and patient scheduling Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university. Minimum of 2 years of Office Management or Medical Records experience within the healthcare industry. Experience: Possess strong skills with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, ensuring proper performance management to meet / exceed goals.
