Human Resources Specialist InReach is looking to hire a Human Resources Specialist. We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Human Resources Specialist! This role has the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule, 3 days remote and 2 days in the office in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role works along side 3 other HR Specialists and reports directly to the Human Resources Generalist. In this role, the HR Specialist will be responsible for the recruiting and onboarding of new hires. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30a.m. - 4:30pm (37.5 hr work week); with hybrid schedule option (In-office and remote) Pay Rate: $17-$18/hr depending on experience This position is partially remote and in-office. (4530 Park Road, Suite 300, Charlotte, NC 28209) Responsibilities: Collecting candidate and employee information and responding to hiring managers regarding agency staffing needs. Creating and posting open positions in iHire (Applicant tracking system) and on job boards/social media. Sourcing applicants and presenting them to hiring managers. Performing criminal background checks and education and employment verifications. Performing onboarding of new hires. Audit new hire paperwork for completion and processing paperwork. Sending new hires for drug screen. Maintaining staff personnel files. Track time to fill for open positions Complying with federal, state, and local legal requirements by following policy and procedure. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, 2 year certificate, OR combination of school and HR experience required. Recruiting experience preferred.
