Rock Star Candidates with service excellence values and experience in Senior Living communities desired. Full Time and Part Time 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am positions available. Penick Village Inc. Continuing Care Life Plan community is seeking compassionate, professional and dedicated LPN's to join our clinical team. LP Nurses will serve an integral role in providing nurturing direct care for the health of our residents. LPNs actively assess and monitor the care of our residents making sure that medication is administered, as directed. The also effectively, in a nurturing manner use interpersonal skills to communicate preventive care and medication administration to residents. LPNs work collaboratively with our clinical team to create care plans, making sure they are being followed and evaluated for their effectiveness. When in the role of charge nurse LPNs coordinate day-to-day nursing activities performed by Med Techs/CNA's, in our Assisted Living level of care. Coordination of care must be carried out in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the DON/designee to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. A successful candidate draws on their experience as a patient clinician, advocate, collaborator, educator, and manager who has excellent communication and basic computer skills.
