Best Line Equipment is currently seeking a full-time Aftermarket OEM Parts Support Service Representative (PSSR) for the Pennsylvania Capital region. The territory will consist primarily of Dauphin, Lebanon, York, and Lancaster Counties. The duties of this position include traveling to customer locations throughout the assigned area, acting as the "in field" link between the company and the parts, sales, and service departments at the various locations within the territory. In this role the individual will be responsible for sales of parts and/or service-related agreements for construction and industrial equipment, between Best Line Equipment and the customer base, current and new. The position has an annual base salary plus the opportunity to earn a variable compensation component. Responsibilities: Interact with clients, knowing their specifications and offering them the best products. Sell products to repair the problem and meet the customer's needs. Visit external customers to make a sale and determine replacement parts required according to customer requests or customer descriptions of malfunctions. Report directly to PSSR/Parts manager for work orders requesting parts for external customers. Retrieve approved work orders from parts manager and create purchasing orders to bill the customer. Manually check inventory stock in assigned mobile parts van and/or through the software CDK. Physically spot check inventory on an average of six times per year. Examine returned parts for defects and exchange defective parts or refund money. Occasionally package and ship parts back to the manufacturer or customer. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred At least 2 years of construction equipment experience in parts, service, or sales (or a combination thereof) Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, uses, repair, and maintenance Valid Driver's License Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) w/ company match Dental insurance Disability insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid vacation Paid sick time Vision insurance #MP
