Come work for a company that is a reference in genetics throughout the world! This individual will support processes related to the Commercial department. If you have experience with the following, GDM encourages you to apply: Essential Functions Responsible for driving DONMARIO adoption within current network of partners Responsible for recruiting and soliciting new partners where GDM has genetics Partner with Marketing, Product Placement, and Industry Experts to develop stronger go-to-market approach for DM partners to sell GDM genetics using systems approach Partner with Marketing, Product Placement, and Virtue Partners to ensure maximum success with demand generation efforts, field events, product training, and brand awareness related activities Provide DONMARIO Partners support through DM brand management, strategy development, product needs, and market analysis Assist with DONMARIO brand penetration as called on by Commercial Leader - Brands Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of commercial or sales experience Knowledge of soybean farming/farming practices Experience in B2B industries, agriculture or commodities sector Valid Driver's License Ability to balance and prioritize tasks during peak times. Ideal candidates will be located in Illinois, Missouri, Indiana or Arkansas.
