Come Join Our Growing Team! We are looking for a Clinical Recruitment Specialist to join our Outpatient Services team in Baltimore, MD . This role is responsible for a variety of clinical recruitment activities, for ensuring volunteer participation for each clinical study, and qualifying clinical trial subjects for participation. This role is 100% on-site at our Baltimore based Clinical Pharmacology Center. What The Job Entails: Screens potential participants to ensure they understand the basic details of the study and to make sure they meet protocol specific inclusion/exclusion criteria. Maintains a high level of knowledge and understanding of inclusion/exclusion criteria for all enrolling protocols. Ensures that all protocol guidelines are followed. Exemplifies participant and staff relations in all activities. Cooperates/collaborates with all staff members involved in serving the participants. Collaborates with community organizations and events to inform, educate and enroll potential participants in clinical trials. Maintains participant screening appointment schedule. Maintains the Recruitment Database of study volunteers. Adherence to Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and corporation's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Attend all required meetings. Requirements: Associates degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience At least 2 years of clinical study participant recruitment experience required.
