The job of the intern is learn about the professional recruitment business while assisting the team to identify opportunities for candidates as well as source candidates for open roles. All employees consistently support and promote the company mission, five key beliefs, philosophies, and provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job. Essential Functions: Identify and source potential candidates for open positions using various channels such as job boards, referrals, and social media. Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and qualifications from clients. Provide a steady flow of qualified candidates to team. Maintain strong talent pipeline Research employment trends Analyze potential companies who are hiring. Create marketing campaigns for candidates.
