Open Plan Systems is looking for an experience Project Manager to manage the organization of key client projects. Project manager responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of projects. Prepare reports for Operations Management regarding status of project. He/she will work directly with customer service to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable time line and budget. He /she will coordinate with other production departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and or High school diploma or equivalent plus at least ten years of managerial/supervisory experience and process flow role. Extensive computer skills, window's base format, preferred specialized ERP/MRP experience/knowledge-based software. 'Epicor' knowledge a definite plus. Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing. Great customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints in a fair, impartial and professional manner.
