Under new leadership and ownership, Finestkind Brewing Company intends to do the same thing; make great beer and serve great food and we need your help. SUMMARY Smuttynose Restaurant is looking to add to their team! We are a full-service restaurant with a large outside patio located on the Smuttynose Brewery campus in Hampton, NH. You will help ensure that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service. Food Expeditor/Runner will expedite dishes, run food orders and send out great quality food. If you have a passion for restaurant work and great beer and the drive to be part of a winning team then this could be the seasonal job for you. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide exceptional customer service with a smile Greet all guests enthusiastically to make them feel welcome and at home Answer all questions regarding menu and beer selections Deliver food per appropriate seat number in a timely, professional manner Responsible for great quality food sent to customers Assist Chef with filling condiments, plateware, and any other restocking necessities Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing any related tasks as needed POSITION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Work well in a team environment Communication skills Ability to follow all safety and sanitation standards and procedures Able to execute in a high-volume setting Responsible and dependable Ability to stand for long periods of time Patience with the ability to stay calm and positive under pressure Excellent people skills Night and weekend availability is a must! But no late nights!!
