Coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and care. Job Requirements: LPN License 1+ years of experience Preferred experience in Peds CPR Certification The Children's Home of Kingston is a 501 © 3 nonprofit organization. We provide a progressive range of services for young men ages 8-21 whose personal, social, developmental, or family situations preclude them from living at home or in a less restrictive setting, and who may benefit from milieu therapy, active psycho-therapeutic interventions, and specialized care.
