Ideal Candidates will be in alignment with Blake Thermal's Core Values: Customer Focused Opportunity is Earned Solutions Provider Can-Do Attitude Driven to Win Confident but Humble Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding service to our customers and support the needs of our outside sales team. Support Technicians by picking and staging parts for upcoming jobs. Interact with customers over the phone and at the counter. Assist with equipment selection, sizing, and estimating based on customer needs. Develop PPSA (Peak Performance Service Agreements) for new and existing customers. Provide pricing proposals and prepare quotations for customers. Pick and pull merchandise as needed from warehouse. Occasionally make deliveries to customers and technicians as needed. Requirements: Experience in one or more of the following industries: electrical, hydronic heating, and thermal systems. Excellent verbal and written skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to effectively operate a computer and ERP system. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and remain effective in a dynamic environment. Sitting for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
