Exciting opportunity at a metal recycling facility with the Intermountain West's premier recycling company. Our Shredder Foreman will be directing operations surrounding the Shredder and the shred process. You will conduct safety meetings, schedule the ancillary cleaning and maintenance of the Shredder, and ensure all employees are properly trained. If you can juggle multiple tasks at once, we want to talk to you. Are you looking to improve your professional skills and knowledge? We recognize that we are one of only three companies in Utah that has an industrial shredder. With that, you will have the opportunity to grow and learn the components of a shredder and the functions, along with maintenance needed, to operate one. You will be busy but can anticipate a reasonable schedule and a safe work environment. We think you will enjoy a good work/life balance. Minimum Qualifications: 3-5 years of a supervisory/lead role. Knowledge of heavy equipment operating - specifically front-end loaders and skid-loaders. Mechanical aptitude to be able to diagnose and propose solutions to equipment damages and malfunctions. Ability to document and communicate the details of issues and repairs completed for various equipment. Ability to read and interpret operating, maintenance and procedure manuals.
