Family Therapist (CSW, LCSW, MFT) Kentucky Family & Children's Place of Kentucky is looking to hire a full-time Family Therapist (LSW, LCSW, MFT) . Our fully licensed therapists make $48,160 or more based on experience . We also offer great benefits , including medical, dental, vision, a 403(b) plan, paid time off (PTO), vacation time, paid sick time, up to 10 paid holidays, the ability to choose which days you use for your paid holidays, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, and schedule flexibility . Additionally, our therapists receive up to $3,000 in training benefits, $200 each month to receive supervision as they work towards licensing, $400 dollars for initial licensing exams, and extra pay opportunities. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FAMILY THERAPIST (CSW, LCSW, MFT, LMFTA) As a professional in family therapy, you play an essential role in providing counseling services to our clients. You work directly with children, families, and adults who are dealing with trauma that has impacted their lives. Services are typically delivered to clients at one of our agency sites within the community or at a school, and some individuals will travel to clients' homes to provide services. When you deliver counseling services, you utilize trauma-informed, culturally competent, evidence-based practices and policies that provide the best possible outcome for your clients. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FAMILY THERAPIST (LSW, LCSW, MFT) Master's degree in social work or a related field Certification as an CSW, LCSW, MFT, or MFTA in the state of Kentucky Ability to pass a background check as well as a child abuse and neglect check upon acceptance of the position Willingness to take a drug test, TB screening, and fingerprint screening upon hire Full COVID vaccination plus booster is required Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus. Experience working with survivors of domestic violence is preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills?
