Overview Build a best-in-class global recruiting function that delivers the strategic and operational recruiting & retention strategy for the Company. Partner with Senior Leadership and colleagues to determine key hiring needs and sourcing strategies. Oversees the daily operations of the recruiting department. Leads DE&I initiatives. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities include Develop and execute the global talent acquisition strategy to address both short-term and long-term talent needs. Develop, plan and direct activities of the TA staff in carrying out such functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications. Executes the DE&I strategy to ensure a robust diversity recruitment plan aligned to supporting the organization's DEI commitments. Upskills hiring managers, ensuring they are capable and equipped to attract and retain the best talent for the role. Determines Internet recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates and helps support online talent branding. Develops and manages data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, promotions, and overall department KPI's. Develops and implements programs, plans, policies, and procedures for recruitment, testing, selection, and job placement. Interviews candidates for high-level open positions and develops network of passive candidates for future opportunities. Develops and maintains an internal job posting program to ensure internal communication and consideration. Manages all external agency relationships, vendors, partnerships, and agreements Communicates with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads. Contributes to projects as part of the long-term strategy of building a best-in-class team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field from a four-year college or university. 8+ years in talent acquisition, including 4+ years in a talent acquisition leadership role. Experience coaching and mentoring direct reports, peers, managers, and senior leaders on effective talent management practices; track record of driving organizational results by coaching and mentoring. Prior experience leading teams in diverse industries with full-cycle, and high-volume recruiting Results-driven self-starter able to work independently with minimal assistance and direction to make decisions, solve problems, achieve corporate goals and objectives. Ability to handle large volume pipelines with ease and professionalism. Able to work onsite at global headquarters location. Hybrid possible after successful onboarding. Experience with Workday a plus, but not required.
