DirectViz Solutions, (DVS) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic services that meet mission IT needs for government customers. DVS is sourcing for a Help Desk professional for a new opportunity. This position is based in San Diego, CA and requires an active Secret clearance. Help Desk Representative Requirements: - Three (3) years of demonstrated experience in an Enterprise service-desk environment - Any experience in a position focused on information security is preferred Certifications: - Security+ or equivalent - ITIL v3 - HDI/CSR (or equivalent Customer Service certification) - Commercial certification or equivalent training demonstrating proficiency in (Windows, or Linux, or Mac) Security clearance: -An active Secret clearance is required Applicants may be required to show proof of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card to be eligible for employment at some work sites.
