PLUMBER / SERVICE TECHNICIAN Job Description Essential Functions: Ability to troubleshoot, install and repair residential and lite commercial plumbing systems. Employer provides tools and Vehicles. Ability to operate hand tools and other machinery such as drain snakes, pipe threaders, sewer cameras, man lifts, etc. Applicants will be expected to be on call once a month Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are a must Plumbing licenses are a plus. Trenchless Pipe, Sewer Jetting Vacuum Services, and Hydro Excavation. Other services include sewer cleaning and backflow devices, water heaters, sump pump and Pump Spy monitoring system certified installer, video pipe inspection, and high-pressure jetting. Requirements: The candidate must be able to: Follow verbal and written direction Read written work orders Physically perform the basic operational functions of climbing, bending, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and repetitive motions (8+ hours) Must be able to lift items/products up to a maximum of 100lbs Have the flexibility to work Saturdays/Overtime (peak season) Have good attendance Have a positive attitude Work in various temperatures based on season Qualifications: Must be at least 18 yrs. old Able to work at a fast pace, with long periods of standing and bending or sitting Adhere to safety policies and procedures Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check Benefits Paid holidays Vacation Health insurance 401K matching Reliable Plumbing & Drain& Drain, LLC, commercial, municipal, and industrial plumbing, and drainage.
