We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for a Remarketing Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The Remarketing Manager is responsible for managing the collateral, exposure, valuations, and regulatory commitments within assigned portfolios of Ironhorse Funding LLC. This role is responsible for building and implementing the remarketing management function within Ironhorse Funding LLC. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm Location: Beverly, MA or Irving, TX Essential Functions: Evaluates, implement, execute, and track progress of strategies to move non-performing loans towards recovery and a liquidity event while seeking to minimize loss for Ironhorse Funding LLC Updates and reviews existing processes and procedures, develop and track KPIs, implement changes that improve efficiency. Asset Liquidation - developing strategies to liquidate assets in a timely manner Review and process repair orders from vendors. Assists in the creation and implementation of default loan strategies Measures and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction across all provided services. Manages interaction with outside vendors to coordinate recovery and liquidation of assigned assets. Works closely with auctions and dealers to liquidate vehicles in a timely manner Interacts with other areas of the organization, to include Senior Management, to advise on trends and fact-patterns that influence nonperforming loans Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains staff Oversees the daily workflow of the department. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy Remains current with required trainings, to include AFSA Core Competencies: Leadership / Mentorship Organization and time management Effective communication, written and verbal, across all levels of an organization, internally and externally Attention to detail Maintain a positive, solutions focused attitude Discretion Excellent customer service Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in asset/portfolio management and specialty servicing for non-performing loans 2+ years experience working with auctions and dealers 2+ years of experience working in asset remarketing Minimum of 2-3 years managing and developing a team Advanced knowledge of the entire default servicing lifecycle Expertise creating and implementing default loan strategies Proven success in implementing productivity tracking for team or team members Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field preferred
