Salary: Up to $132,500, based on education and experience Security Requirements: Active TS/SCI clearance w/FS Poly Location: National Business Park, MD Certifications: None Job Description: Provide configuration management support to a technical and emerging High-performance Computing (HPC) Integration Engineering Team and be responsible for design, development, and execution of configuration management processes for developmental and operational systems. You will work on developmental and operational teams to create and maintain configuration baselines (development, test, production, etc.) supporting developmental and operational systems. You will also use or recommend automated CM tools to implement CM policies and procedures; develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental system; implement CM discipline for the entire life cycle of systems from initial requirements/capabilities' baselines to system end of life; and perform change control and configuration audits . Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs): A bachelor's degree in a technical or Business discipline from an accredited college or university is required. A master's degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to six (6). Four (4) years of additional CM experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Eight (8) years' experience as a CM in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Experience with configuration management tools to store, track, and manage configuration items. Experience with developing and implementing CM plans, policies, and procedures. Ability to work within a team setting to complete assigned tasks within expected schedule to complete.
