Bankers' Bank has offices in Madison, WI, Des Moines, IA, Chicago, IL, and Indianapolis, IN. Bankers' Bank is seeking a professional for the oversight of international banking products and services to join our team in the Payments & Cash Management department of our Madison, WI headquarters office. This position is responsible for creating a strategy for international banking business development, coordinating with customers and vendors to ensure timely processing of transactions. Position Functions: Leadership : Manage the international operations of the bank customers. Provide leadership for International Wire product and service. Drive foreign currency opportunities and manage program. Collaborate with Commercial Banking on International Letter of Credit capabilities and marketing. Organizes ongoing customer training opportunities related to department products, processes and services. Keep current regarding international trade and business policies. Business Relationship Management: Anticipate international market opportunities, identify prospect customers and present proposals. Conduct in-person sales calls and/or webinars to demonstrate product features. Develop analysis and plans to leverage product sets to target customer bases. Provide efficient services to clients with international business dealings. Procure more international accounts for the bank. Product Management: Work with product owners and IT staff to execute product lifecycle plans. Research and develop new products and services consistent with the Bank's mission and customer needs and/or requests. Develop and market via various mediums the products and services offered. Establish products and services delivery and management processes and procedures. Develop marketing plans and strategies for international products and services. Ideal candidates will have two or more years of international payment transaction related experience and finance/banking industry experience. They will also possess a Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the position functions of the job.
