Director of Health & Wellness Salary : $46,500 - $50,000 Director of Health & Wellness Job Type :Full Time Director of Health & Wellness Responsibilities : Oversees Health and Wellness operations at our Fairless Hills and Newtown locations Hiring, onboarding, and supervising Health and Wellness staff Coaching, training and mentoring of junior staff Ensuring safety, supervision, and management of fitness program spaces Partners with the VP of Operations to ensure service quality through program spaces Director of Health & Wellness Qualifications : 2+ years experience in fitness programming 1+ years experience in a supervisory role Current Personal Training certification through an NCCA accredited program (e.g. ACE, AFAA, ACSM, ect.)
