Bill Howe Heating & Air is currently hiring an Outbound Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities Monitor and keep track of our customer database to identify potential job leads. Make outbound calls to book, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments. Schedule service/estimate appointments in a timely manner. Work towards ensuring a steady work schedule for our Service Technicians Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Work with Dispatch to schedule service calls and debrief technicians with accurate customer information when necessary Follow-up on all pending and recommended work with customers and their technicians. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Take the extra mile to engage customers. Provide accurate, valid complete information by using right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Qualifications One or more years of experience as a Customer Service Representative required Telemarketing/call center experience preferred. HVAC experience preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment A strong degree of self-motivation and accountability Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments. Receptivity to continual coaching and feedback Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word Knowledge of local geographic territory. High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education. Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills Core Competencies Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. Ability to display excellent customer service to meet the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers. Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills to identify critical core competencies based on success factors and organizational environment. Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage time. Demonstrated accuracy and productivity in a changing environment with constant interruptions. Demonstrated ability to analyze information, problems, issues, situations and procedures to develop effective solutions. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs. Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).
