The BCBA is responsible for assessing, creating, modifying, maintaining, and implementing treatment and behavior plans. The BCBA is also responsible for training staff to implement these plans and providing supervision per insurance and BACB requirements. The BCBA will train family members and equip them with the skills needed to handle problematic behavior, day-to-day activities, and social situations. Must aspire to make a difference in the lives of Autism ETC's children and families and must be familiar with the BACB code of ethics and regulations. Position Requirements: Master's of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology (M.S.), Master's of Arts (M.A.) or Master's of Education (M.Ed.) LBA and BCBA or BCBA-D certification required Knowledge of and the ability to apply strategies and interventions identified as best practice for Applied Behavior Analysis CPI Certification is preferred Ability to work independently AND in a team environment.
