HR Assistant/Personnel Assistant-1 Stennis Space Center, MS Rate: $16.06 + $4.60 H&W (towards benefits) This position is an entry level HR Assistant role. The position performs a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, clerical and secretarial duties. The work is under general supervision of higher-level personnel in preparation of various human resource tasks throughout compensation, benefits, staffing/employment, EEO procedures and policy administration. Employee development and training Personnel programs Benefits processing Personnel actions HR Information Systems Payroll Processing Training Purchases In order to be considered for the Junior HR Assistant opportunity with ITC you must meet the following qualifications: High school diploma or GED 1 year of HR related experience OR strong clerical/secretarial skills Organizational skills to balance and prioritize work Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members Strong communication skills Ability to work in a team environment
